The Caribbean Naval Museum has received a mysterious package, which leads to curator Sarah Black being pulled into an ancient conflict. As she begins to open the package, attackers suddenly appear and steal the artifact inside. Sarah realizes that she is once again caught in a dangerous situation, and must travel to the forgotten fishing village of Kingsmouth to uncover the truth. The village is under a curse, turning its inhabitants into mutated ocean creatures, and Sarah must defeat the mayor and the sea-devil Davy Jones to save them.
