For team members with the My Reports permission, Toast offers the ability to view their stats, such as sales, average order, and guests served. This feature allows team members to track their performance and see how they are contributing to the success of the business. It also provides valuable insights for team members to improve their skills and increase their earnings.

In addition, active team members who are paid through Toast Payroll can access their Form W-2 through the app. This eliminates the need for physical copies and makes it easier for team members to file their taxes. It also ensures that team members have access to their important tax documents at all times.

Lastly, Toast offers the option for team members to order and activate a Toast Pay Card, which is issued by Sutton Bank and powered by Mastercard®. This feature allows team members to receive their earnings directly onto the card, eliminating the need for paper checks or bank transfers. It also offers the convenience of being able to use the card for purchases and ATM withdrawals. However, this feature is only available to Toast Payroll customers and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
