The MY삼성화재 application is designed to provide users with easy access to various insurance services, such as claiming insurance benefits, paying insurance premiums, applying for and repaying loans, and reporting car accidents. It is divided into several main menus for these insurance tasks.

The main features of the application include contract confirmation, changes, and issuance of certificates, claiming insurance benefits, applying for and repaying insurance and credit loans, paying insurance premiums, requesting roadside assistance and reporting car accidents, finding branches and service networks, and requesting consultations.

The application is supported on Android devices with a minimum operating system of 7.0. It is optimized for devices with a resolution of 1280 * 720, but may not display properly on devices with lower resolutions.

The application is optimized for Samsung and LG smartphones, but not for tablets. It requires certain permissions to access certain features, which are divided into required and optional permissions. Users can still use the application even if they do not grant the optional permissions.

The required permissions include access to storage for photos, digital certificates, and security programs. Optional permissions include access to the camera for scanning QR codes and taking photos of documents, location information for emergency roadside assistance and finding service networks, phone for digital ARS, and displaying the app on top of other apps for digital ARS.

To ensure secure financial transactions, the application does not support rooted devices. Users with rooted devices are advised to reset their devices through the manufacturer's A/S center before using the application. Rooting refers to gaining administrator access on an Android device, which can make the device vulnerable to malicious attacks.
