In addition, the app has a "Bookstore" section where users can purchase and order textbooks sold by the insurance training institute. The "Customer Center" allows users to view notices, and use the 1:1 counseling and Q&A functions. Users can also learn more about the insurance training institute through the "About Us" section, which provides detailed information on the institute's introduction, history, organization, and member companies. Other features of the app include membership-related functions such as registration and account retrieval, as well as a search function. However, it is important to note that the mobile learning service is only available for courses that support it, and the previously provided download learning service will be discontinued. The app requires certain access permissions, such as access to storage for file attachments and downloads. There are also optional access permissions for location and camera, which are only required for the group education QR code check-in feature. Users can choose to allow or deny these permissions, and the app will still function without them.
