In order to save her country from this predicament, Rota, the princess of the forest country, takes on the challenge of starting a new trade by sea in the port town of Portamare. With the help of players, she aims to greatly develop Portamare through trade and ultimately rebuild the forest country.

Portamare is a bustling town with three types of residents: farmers, merchants, and sailors. Each resident has their own unique skills, and merchants play a crucial role in business negotiation battles. As players build various facilities around the city, they can produce export goods and attract tourists to visit. The cute pixel art residents can be seen moving around the map, muttering to themselves as they go about their daily lives.

Business negotiations with other countries can be conducted by Rota herself or by hired merchants. The key to success lies in finding the best deals for imports and exports. As players progress, they can unlock new countries to trade with, which will also bring new types of facilities and residents to Portamare.

Trade is carried out by sea using different types of ships. The larger the ship, the more export goods it can carry. As players expand their trade routes and establish relationships with new countries, they can continue to grow and develop Portamare. The ultimate goal is to rebuild the forest country and restore its former wealth.
