If you are a new user of the ADCB Mobile App or are using it on a new device, you can easily register by following a few simple steps. First, download and launch the app. Then, enter your ADCB Credit Card or Debit Card number and PIN when prompted. You will also need to enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number. Alternatively, you can use your ADCB Customer ID and activation key, which can be obtained through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre. For existing users, the app will prompt you to enter your existing password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment, depending on your handset.
