BOOMERANG is an app that allows users to watch a variety of cartoons on their favorite screens, including TV, phone, tablet, and computer. It offers access to timeless classics that can entertain the whole family. However, it is only accessible in the United States.

Before downloading the app, users must agree to the BOOMERANG TERMS OF USE and PRIVACY POLICY. These can be found on the app's website and outline the terms and conditions for using the app and the privacy practices of the company.

Users do not need a TV provider to enjoy BOOMERANG. They can simply download the app and start a free 7-day trial (for new customers only). After the trial ends, the user's subscription will automatically start and they will be charged the monthly subscription rate until they cancel. To avoid being charged, users must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of their free trial or current billing period. There are no refunds or credits for partial monthly or yearly subscription periods.

If the user does not cancel their subscription, their account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will be identified. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their Account Settings after purchase.

If a user purchases a subscription through Google Play, they can cancel on their device in the Google Play Store under "My Apps" and then "Subscriptions." Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to the app.
