If you are a permanent tsb customer who has registered for Business24 Online Banking, you can download the Business24 Authenticator app. This app allows you to register your device, linking it to your permanent tsb customer profile. This will provide an additional layer of security for authentication purposes when needed.

It is important to note that the Business24 Authenticator app is solely for authentication and cannot be used for other banking activities such as checking your balance or making payments.

To access the app, you must be a permanent tsb customer who is registered for Business24 Online Banking. If you are not yet registered, you can do so by calling the bank's customer service line. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to register your device by entering a security code that will be sent to your registered mobile phone number via SMS. Please note that certain country codes are excluded from this service.
