Call Sign Trainer: Morse code

This application offers two modes for users to practice and improve their skills in copying call signs. In challenge mode, users can set a speed and choose from multiple collections of call signs to try and beat their own record by copying 25 call signs with only one allowed repeat. In practice mode, users can choose the amount of calls and allowed repeats to practice at their own pace.

One of the key features of this application is the ability to choose from multiple collections of call signs, including CWT, POTA, SOTA, and general. Users can also choose to keep a constant speed or vary it based on their performance. The application also highlights any differences between the user's entry and the actual call sign, allowing for better accuracy and learning.

Another unique feature of this application is the customizable tone option. Users can choose a single frequency or random tones, and the application uses a raised cosine envelope to avoid key clicks. The rise and fall times of the tone can also be adjusted. Additionally, users can choose to automatically or manually play the next call sign.

The application also keeps track of the user's progress by recording their all-time highest words per minute (WPM), as well as their best accuracy and score for each WPM + callsign group challenge. To make entry easier with the Android keyboard, users can type '.' to enter '/'.

Finally, the application includes an optional workaround for some Bluetooth devices that may otherwise idle and cut off the beginning of audio. This feature helps to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted practice session.
