Users can also request a new card if their original is lost, stolen, or damaged.

With Citi Mobile Snapshot, users can quickly review key account information without having to sign in every time. The app also offers Zelle, a fast and fee-free way to pay and split payments with trusted individuals. Mobile Check Deposit allows for quick and easy depositing of checks from a mobile device. Users can also easily locate fee-free ATMs near them.

The app provides a comprehensive view of finances by allowing users to link all their bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts. Spending insights allow for tracking of spending habits and trends across all accounts. Bill management is made simple by being able to view and manage bills and recurring payments in one place. Citi credit card customers can also view their FICO® Score for free.

The app also offers convenient payment options, including automatic payments, transfers, and managing payees. In case of any issues, users can dispute credit card transactions and track the status. Account Alerts can be customized to keep users informed about their accounts. Users can also change their credit card due date to a more convenient time.

The app prioritizes security by offering features such as Citi Quick Lock, which allows users to lock or unlock a lost or misplaced card. The PIN Reset feature allows for resetting a debit card PIN from the mobile device. Users can also enable Fingerprint Authentication for quick access to their account.
