CitiBusiness Mobile

This app, called CitiBusiness® Mobile, allows users to conveniently and securely generate token codes for login and transaction approvals on CitiBusiness® Online. It also provides access to account activities such as monitoring balances, initiating payments and transfers, and approving wire transactions and Positive Pay items. However, users must be specifically entitled for access and contact their Security Administrator before downloading the app.

In order to use the CitiBusiness® Mobile app, users must have the standard keyboard on their device. If a non-standard keyboard is set as default, it must be changed or deleted before launching the app. Additionally, jailbroken or rooted devices cannot be used with this app.

This app makes it easy to access your accounts on the go. It automatically communicates with Citi's server to record usage metrics and obtain consent for future updates or upgrades.
