The Bank introduced a new version of its e-Banking service in 2012, which was built on the Microsoft .net Framework. This new platform offers a user-friendly interface and top-notch security features, giving customers more control over their banking experience and reducing the need for intervention from the Bank.

Some of the exciting new features of the e-Banking system include self-registration, customizable profiles with personalized images, the ability to add and register payment recipients, customizable payment templates, and the option to make multiple payments in one transaction. The Quick Navigation menu also reduces the number of keystrokes needed and allows for customizable viewing of transaction histories.

Enhanced security measures include 2-factor authentication for third-party fund transfers, two-layer login, a virtual keypad, personalized security questions, and password encryption and verification through advanced hardware security. The e-Banking platform also supports bill payments to over 36 entities in nine categories, including utilities, credit cards, and insurance. Customers can also invest in Treasury Bills and make payments for share trading transactions, with the option to self-register their CDS number.

The Bank's e-Banking service offers 24-hour customer support through its Call Centre. In addition to the web-based platform, the Bank also offers a mobile application for account holders with access to e-Banking. This allows for even more convenience, as customers can access their banking services directly from their mobile devices. The application offers almost all the same functions as the web-based platform, including bill payments, credit card management, and fund transfers. It also includes features such as account inquiries, fixed deposit management, and loan and Treasury bill information.
