Easy Pay is a digital payment solution that combines the features of an Elan One Card with the convenience of a mobile device.

Some of the key features of Easy Pay include the ability to send cards to employees and contractors in real time through a web portal or mobile app, setting specific activation periods and card limits, and easily pushing the virtual card to Google Pay with just one click. Users can also securely view the full card number and CVV code, and the system is integrated with Access® Online for reporting purposes. Multiple cards can be sent to a single user, and cards can be deactivated immediately when they are no longer needed.

The process for using Easy Pay is simple. An authorized provisioner for your organization will receive an email invitation from Elan Financial Services with instructions to download the app and register. Once registered, the provisioner can create a virtual Easy Pay card by setting the credit limit and expiration date, and entering basic recipient details. The virtual card can then be pushed to the recipient through the Easy Pay app. The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions to download the app and register, and once they do so, the virtual card will be active and can be added to Google Pay on their device.
