Our risk profile questionnaire allows you to view and update your investment risk profile, while our personal wealth planner provides insights and breakdowns of your portfolio holdings for better investment decisions. You can also view your insurance policies and benefits through our insurance dashboard, as well as exchange foreign currency and set up rate alerts through our FX on Mobile feature.

In addition to wealth management, our app also offers everyday banking features. You can open a savings account through mobile banking registration, and verify transactions with our Mobile Security Key and biometric authentication for added security. Our app also allows for easy and secure logon through QR code and 6 unique digits. You can view and download your digital statements, as well as view your accounts and credit card transactions in real time. Our Move Money feature allows for instant, future-dated, or recurring local and foreign transfers, including DuitNow payments through account numbers, proxies, or QR codes. You can also make bill payments through JomPAY and send money to over 50 countries/territories in their local currencies with our Global Money Transfer feature. Our app also offers 3D Secure Mobile Approval for online transactions made with your HSBC credit or debit card, as well as push notifications to keep you updated on your account and credit card activities. You can also purchase travel insurance with your HSBC debit or credit card, and chat with us for assistance through our Mobile Chat feature. Our app is also optimized for accessibility.

For HSBC credit card holders, our app offers additional features such as rewards redemption for airline miles and hotel stays, cash instalment plans, balance conversion plans, and the ability to block or unblock your card if it is lost or misplaced. You can also authenticate your credit card on digital wallets through our Wallet Provisioning feature.
