Can you beat your inner Demon every day? This fitness game is designed to help you stay motivated and overcome your inner (lazy) demons. By using your Apple Watch, you can track various exercises such as rope jumps, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and more. You can also go for a walk or run to challenge yourself and beat your inner demons.
The on-screen character, Jack Rope, will mimic your movements and count your jumps. You can also keep track of your daily progress and see how many times you've jumped. By moving your hands and jumping at the right time, you can increase your score and beat your inner demons.
Earn credits (coins) by completing exercises such as Skipping the Rope, Jumping Jacks, Walking, Running, or other training activities. Use these coins to unlock new abilities and moves to help you defeat your inner demons. You can also collect power-ups and items to aid you on your journey. Travel from town to town by opening portals and become stronger by defeating demons from all around the world.
Season 2 of the game includes exercises such as Rope Skipping, Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Sit-ups & Torso Rotary, Walking, Running, Biking, Swimming, and more to come with future updates.
In the Gym, you can enter "Training Mode" to face a new demon every day. Stay consistent and become stronger to defeat the largest demons and earn the highest scores.
With the "Adventure Mode," you can enter the world map and discover over 50 demons (and counting) near your location. Beat these demons to increase your powers and become the ultimate champion.
The standalone Watch-App is designed specifically for the Apple Watch and does not require a connected phone or internet connection. The iPhone app is only a companion app to track your progress.
Jack Rope Runs integrates with the Health App (HealthKit) to display your energy burned, track your steps and distance moved, and show your current heart rate. This feature adds an extra layer of motivation and allows you to see your progress in real-time.
