For overseas stock consultations, you can call 02-6114-1630, and for overseas derivative consultations, you can call 02-6114-1500, both available 24 hours. For Prime customers, there is a separate customer center at 1566-0055, available during weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You can also use the M-able app to access the Prime Club menu for various services such as consultation through chat, bulletin board, and reservation.
