M&T CentreSuite

This app is exclusively for M&T Commercial Card clients and can only be accessed by existing users of the M&T CentreSuite online card and expense management system. It offers a convenient and on-the-go experience, providing access to a variety of expense and card management features and benefits. With this app, cardholders can simplify their expense reconciliation process and administrators can easily review cardholder activity. Users can download the app to enjoy all the same functionality they are already using with M&T CentreSuite.

Depending on their current access to M&T CentreSuite, users can track purchases, view statements and individual transactions, check authorizations and declines, and manage receipts by taking photos with their smartphone. They can also create and submit expense reports, with the ability to view and code posted transactions. The app allows users to start an expense report on their phone and continue working on it later on their desktop or phone. Expense Approvers can also review, approve, or reject expense reports and view attached receipts. Additionally, users can temporarily suspend their account if needed, manage account preferences and passwords, and submit out-of-pocket transactions.

For card program administrators, the app offers basic account management capabilities such as submitting real-time credit limit increases, changing single purchase limits, and changing Merchant Category Groups. They can also view statements, authorization and decline details, and attach receipts. The app also allows them to perform various actions related to expense report management, including creating, submitting, reviewing, revising, rejecting, and approving reports.

It's important to note that using these features and services requires internet and/or data access through a computer or mobile device. The app is subject to availability and the same limitations as any other internet service. M&T Bank is not responsible for any issues that may impact availability and functionality, and reserves the right to suspend service at any time.
