Additionally, there is a multi-step approval system for mobile payments and a simplified authentication process for individual business customers. For added security, digital OTP (one-time password) security devices are provided for transactions up to 1 billion won per day.

To use the app, existing customers can log in with their New Village Bank corporate (internet) banking information. New customers can apply for the service by visiting a New Village Bank branch and inquiring about the necessary documents based on their business type. Non-face-to-face account openings will be available in the future.

To use the app, certain access permissions are required. Essential permissions are necessary for the app to function properly, and rejecting them may result in the app not working correctly. Optional permissions may limit the use of certain services, but the app will still function. These permissions include access to phone status and ID verification for security purposes, file access for certificate usage and downloads, contact access for SMS notifications, and camera access for non-face-to-face authentication. Location access is also optional for finding nearby New Village Bank branches.
