스마트OTP 공동앱

This application allows customers to easily obtain a smart OTP (One-Time Password) for their financial transactions. Customers can visit a participating financial institution and fill out an application form for the smart OTP, along with submitting their identification. This service is available for customers who have an NFC-enabled smartphone and are using personal banking services, including individual business owners.

Customers can also register their smart OTP with other financial institutions by visiting the institution in person with their identification and OTP generator, or by accessing the "OTP registration for other institutions" menu on the institution's internet banking or WTS platform. They will need to enter the serial number and vendor code of their smart OTP and use their public certification to complete the registration process.

Once registered, customers can use their smart OTP in the following ways. Firstly, they can register their smartphone with the financial payment system, which allows the OTP to be generated only on that device. This registration only needs to be done once, but if the customer reinstalls the app or changes their smartphone, they will need to register again. Multiple devices can be registered, but only one smart OTP per financial institution.

When making electronic financial transactions, customers will be prompted to use their OTP. They can do this by opening the app and generating the OTP, which will automatically close after one minute. The app can also be used simultaneously with other apps, such as the financial institution's mobile banking app, as it appears as a floating screen on top of other apps.

The app also requires certain permissions to function properly. These include access to the customer's phone number and device information for identification and security purposes, as well as access to their photos, media, and files to detect any malicious programs. These permissions are necessary for using the smart OTP service, and if denied, the service may be limited. Optional permissions, such as allowing the OTP to be displayed on top of other apps, are not necessary for using the app.

For customers with an Android operating system version below 6.0, individual permission control is not available. To control permissions, an operating system upgrade is required.
