PowerSchool ERP Employee

This app is designed for employees of school districts who use PowerSchool ERP and have secure mobile access enabled. It is completely free to use and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. If you are unable to find your school district after installing the app, you can contact your district for more information. The available options within the app are determined by your district, so they may vary from district to district.

This app was previously known as the eFinancePlus Employee App and is still compatible with school districts using eFinancePlus. It has been updated and improved to provide a better user experience for employees.

Once you have downloaded the app and logged in, you will have access to a variety of features. These include viewing your paychecks and W2s, with the option to print them if needed. You can also stay up-to-date with news items posted by your school district and access resources such as forms and frequently used links.

The app also allows you to keep track of your leave calendar, including leave taken and remaining balances. You can submit leave requests directly through the app, as well as make corrections or cancel requests if needed. Additionally, you can view your salary, benefits, and deduction information.

For easy communication with your co-workers, the app includes a district employee directory. You can also access your personal contact information and request updates if any changes need to be made. Finally, the app provides notifications from various PowerSchool ERP applications, ensuring that you stay informed and up-to-date with important information.
