Ruby Dreams: Immortal Promise

The game "Ruby Dreams: Immortal Promise" is a 2D visual novel that follows the story of a character who is tasked with serving the Beaumont family at their mansion. As the character delves deeper into the mysteries of the family, they also uncover secrets about their own mother's complicated history with the Beaumonts. The game features three enigmatic hosts, each with their own unique personalities and secrets to discover.

The three hosts, Sebastian, Roderick, and Alexander, each have their own distinct personalities and charms. Sebastian is known for his diligence and composure, but also has a caring and protective side. Roderick is charming and flirtatious, but also has a complex and mysterious nature. Alexander may come off as arrogant and impulsive, but has a tender heart that he only reveals to those he cares for.

The game features a 2D visual novel style with choices that affect the outcome of the story. In addition, there is a 3D world that is only accessible through the character's dreams, where they can uncover more secrets and clues. There are three possible endings, each bringing the character closer to one of the hosts, as well as a "bad" ending. Puzzles and love progress bars add to the gameplay, as well as voice acting during the 3D dream sequences.

The game was created by the Repulse team in just one month as part of the NaNoRenO 2024 game jam. As such, there may be some bugs or issues that were overlooked due to the limited time frame. The team welcomes feedback and may even consider expanding the game if it is well-received. The game also includes a gallery with art from all the locations visited and a music player with all the songs heard throughout the game.
