Safety e-Report

The application is designed to provide a comprehensive report on all risk factors related to public safety, including facilities, transportation, schools, lives, and maritime affairs. The reported contents are linked and processed through the e-people service, making it easier for users to access and utilize the information. In case of emergency, users can call 119 for fire, rescue, and saving lives, and 112 for security.

The app has certain accessibility requirements that need to be met in order to use it properly. These include storage space for accessing device, pictures, and media files, as well as telephone rights for managing calls and connecting to the government call center for complaints. The app also requires access to the camera for attaching pictures and videos to reports, SMS rights for sending and receiving messages, location rights for providing map services, and microphone rights for voice reports. Users can choose to permit or refuse these rights, but refusing may limit the app's functionality.

If a user refuses the required accessibility during installation, they can easily set it up again by deleting and reinstalling the app. The app also offers a safety report feature, where users can easily report risk factors by attaching photos or videos, selecting the accident location on the e-map, and providing details. The app also allows for up to 3 attachments with a maximum capacity of 100MB. Non-members can also search for their report progress by entering their private information.

The app also includes a report status feature, which summarizes and displays the total report status of Safety e-Report. Users can also search for disaster-related news in real-time through the Yonhap News Agency. The app also has a major case search feature, where users can look up cases that have been processed or improved through the Safety e-Report system.

Membership and automatic login options are also available, where users can subscribe to services after passing mobile phone authentication and entering their private information. The login status is maintained even if the app is closed and reopened, as long as the user has selected the automatic login option. The app also has a "My Report" feature, where members can search for their report results using their ID and password, while non-members can use their mobile phone number and report number. The results can also be searched through the text message sent after the report or through the mobile phone authentication service.

The app also provides a FAQ section, where users can find answers to common questions about subscription and report processes. Overall, the app aims to provide a user-friendly and efficient way for individuals to report and access information related to public safety.
