Additionally, we offer free encrypted audio and video calls within the SafeUM network and technical support.
Our focus on security extends beyond just our features. We ensure that local data is not stored on your device, allowing you to securely access your data at all times. We also offer an "enhanced encryption" mode and the ability to verify your interlocutor's encryption keys with a QR code. With three levels of account access and three PIN codes, your personal information is not available when using public networks. We also provide security alerts for any attempted hacking of your account and use dynamic secret key generation for each message. Our additional protection includes digital signatures to ensure the integrity and authenticity of transmitted data and your interlocutor.

When registering with SafeUM, users are given a telephone number in the format of +3712 XXX-XXXX. If a user does not recharge their number within two weeks of registration or if there has been no activity (incoming or outgoing calls) for 14 days and the account balance is 0.00 EUR, SafeUM reserves the right to withdraw the number. However, this does not affect the functionality of the user's account, including chats and calls within the SafeUM network.
It is important to note that the recovery of a withdrawn number is technically impossible. However, if the account balance is positive, the number will not be withdrawn.
