SecureSign by Credit Suisse

An existing client relationship with Credit Suisse and a valid login for one of the supported Credit Suisse online services are required in order to use this app.

These services include Credit Suisse Direct, Credit Suisse Direct app, Credit Suisse PLUS, MyBonviva - Rewards Shop, eamXchange, Direct Trade Finance, and my Solutions. In order to use SecureSign, you must have an existing client relationship with Credit Suisse and a valid login for one of the supported online services.

One of the main advantages of SecureSign is its high level of security. It can be used anywhere and at any time, without the need for an internet or telephone connection. This makes it a convenient option for users who are constantly on the go. Additionally, SecureSign offers an easy and convenient means of logging in and confirming transactions such as payments and transfers.

If you are a user of Credit Suisse Direct, you can easily register for the new security procedure under "My Profile/SecureSign" once you have logged in. This allows you to use SecureSign for logging in and transaction signing within the Credit Suisse Direct platform.

The Credit Suisse Direct app also supports SecureSign, making it even faster and more convenient to log in to Mobile Banking. If you have both the Credit Suisse Direct and SecureSign apps installed on the same smartphone, you only need to enter your user ID and password to log in. The SecureSign app will then prompt you to confirm the login by pressing a button.
