Security Bank App

Security Bank is launching a new and improved app to replace the old Security Bank Online and Mobile apps. This change is necessary as the old apps will soon be retired. To ensure a smooth transition, it is recommended to switch to the new app as soon as possible. The new app offers a variety of features and benefits that will enhance your banking experience.

The new app is designed to cater to the needs of Wealth clients and Gold Circle members. These clients can enjoy unlimited free InstaPay fund transfers. However, it is important to note that your login credentials from the old app will not work on the new one. You will need to register again, but your saved favorites and scheduled transactions will be automatically migrated along with your other accounts. You only need one account to register for the new app.

To ensure a successful registration, it is recommended to enable notifications on your device. Additionally, make sure that your device's date and time settings are set to automatic. It may take a few days for newly opened accounts to appear on the app. Once you register for the new app, your access to the old Security Bank apps (version 1 & 2) will be deactivated within 24 hours.

The new app also offers shared access to Joint "OR" accounts, which can be managed by all account holders if they register for the app. It is important to note that Joint "AND" and Joint ITF accounts are not eligible for online enrollment. However, you can still access the web version of the app via laptop or desktop. For added security, it is required to download the mobile app to authorize web logins and approve transactions on the web version.

The new app also offers a variety of features such as Pay Credit Card, Auto-sync feature, Quick Balance, Offline Soft Token, Simplified Bills Payment, Card Control, Transfer Money, Mobile Top-Up, eGiveCash (eGC), eSecure Savings (eSS), In-App Notification, and Easy credit card activation. These features make banking more convenient and secure for users.
