The app provides a convenient and user-friendly way to manage and set up our services for connecting with incarcerated individuals. To access the app and website, a Securus Online account is required. This account also allows for easy password and PIN changes, as well as setting up security questions for password reset.

One of the main features of the app is Video Connect®, which allows for remote video sessions with incarcerated individuals at any Securus site with Wi-Fi or cellular data service. Users can enroll in Video Connect, schedule sessions, and manage subscriptions. The app also syncs upcoming sessions with the user's calendar and sends notifications. Additionally, users can manage photos for identification, view transaction history, and manage payment methods. For optimal results, it is recommended to use a headset or earbuds with a microphone for Video Connect to reduce echo.

The app also offers Prepaid Calling Account Management through AdvanceConnect and Securus Debit accounts. With AdvanceConnect, users can add funds to receive calls from specific phone numbers, manage subscriptions, and view call details. The Securus Debit account allows for funds to be deposited for the incarcerated individual to use for calling any number, purchasing entertainment for their tablet, scheduling Video Connect sessions, and sending eMessages and eCards. Feature availability may vary by facility.

Messaging services are also available through the app, including eMessaging™ and Text Connect. eMessaging allows for the purchase of "stamps" to send and receive messages, eCards, and photos. Users can also transfer stamps to their contact or prepay for them to reply. Text Connect allows for short text messages, but availability is limited.
