At the end of each wave, you will be rewarded with extra balls for achieving spares, strikes, and turkeys. These balls are crucial for your success in the next wave. If you run out of balls, the game is over, but you can use up to three continues to keep playing.

The game is free to play, but it is supported by advertisements. However, there is an option to purchase an UNLOCK product in the store section of the menu screen. This product offers three benefits: the removal of all advertisements, more balls provided at the start, continue, and end of each wave, and the option to enable "Peaceful Pins." When this option is enabled, the pins will remain at the end of the lane, similar to traditional bowling.

Survival Bowling is similar to regular bowling, but with some key differences. Firstly, you must knock down all the pins on the lane, even if it takes more than one or two balls. Secondly, you can throw as many balls as you like at a set of pins, but only the first two that hit will count towards your score. Thirdly, you will not be penalized if a ball goes into the gutter or completely misses the pins. The ball will be wasted, but your score will not be affected. Lastly, if a pin is able to return to its starting position after reaching the foul line, it will be counted as a miss on the scoreboard.
