This application is available on 5G, 4G LTE, and Wi-Fi networks, and users must have T-Mobile Direct Connect services added to their T-Mobile lines of service before using it.

In order to use the T-Mobile Direct Connect application, users must ensure that their location/GPS, contacts, and push notifications are turned on and allowed.
