Tickets Ride On! is a fun and exciting cross-country train adventure game where players collect and play matching train cards to claim railway routes connecting cities. The objective of the game is to score the highest number of points by completing longer routes. It can be played with 2-4 players and includes 110 train cards, 14 locomotives (wild cards), and 30 destination tickets.

At the start of the game, each player receives 45 colored train car cards and 4 train car cards. The top five train car cards are placed face-up and each player is dealt 3 destination ticket cards. Players must keep at least two destination tickets but can choose to keep all three. Locomotives act as wild cards and can be used in any set of cards when claiming a route. If a locomotive card is one of the face-up cards, the player who draws it can only draw one card instead of two.

The game ends when a player's train stock reaches 0, 1, or 2, at which point each player gets one final turn. During the game, players can choose to draw train car cards, claim a route, or draw destination tickets. However, points are lost if a player fails to successfully complete the route given on their destination ticket.
