ATOM RPG: Trudograd is a post-apocalyptic role-playing game where you play as a member of ATOM, an organization dedicated to protecting the remnants of humanity after a nuclear war between the USSR and the Western Bloc. As a rookie agent, you were sent on a dangerous mission into the Soviet Wastes and uncovered information about a new threat that could potentially destroy what is left of humanity. Your goal in this game is to travel to the post-apocalyptic metropolis of Trudograd, which has survived the nuclear destruction and societal collapse, and find humanity's last hope in defending against an alien menace.

In Trudograd, you can either start a new game with a new character or continue playing as your character from the previous game, as long as you have a save file from beating the last boss in ATOM RPG. The game features a vast open world with over 40 hours of gameplay and 45 populated locations, ranging from a snowy megapolis to secret Soviet military bunkers and a mysterious island. You will also encounter over 300 characters, each with a unique portrait and branching dialogue, and complete over 200 quests with multiple solutions and outcomes.

Combat is a significant aspect of the game, with over 30 combat-only locations and a variety of enemies to fight, from mercenaries to mutants. You can arm yourself with over 100 distinct weapons and customize them with 75 weapon mods. Additionally, you can protect yourself with one of the three unique powered Soviet-style exoskeleton armor suits, which can be customized in over 20 ways to suit your playstyle.
