This mobile app is designed specifically for Visa cardholders in 40 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). It is not currently compatible with Visa cards from U.S. banks or Europe.

In addition to medical consultations, the app also allows you to generate a "Travel Certificate" and activate your "Travel Kit" to enhance your travel experience. And if you do need to see a doctor while overseas, you can easily redeem your benefits and talk to a doctor via videoconference.
