The app is specifically designed for use in conjunction with the vSim for Nursing simulation training product, which is made available by Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. (WKH) to its customers and end users through their platform, known as ThePoint. It is intended for use by registered users on ThePoint and is not meant for any other use or for standalone use. Therefore, it should not be downloaded or used by individuals who are not already registered as users of the vSim product on ThePoint (https://thepoint.lww.com). By downloading and using the app, users agree to the terms and conditions stated in the WKH End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at https://sso.wkhpe.com/termsandconditions. Users also agree to the WKH Website Privacy & Cookie Notice, available at https://thepoint.lww.com/privacy.
