Woori Bank Cambodia

Woori Bank has created a Mobile Banking Application that allows customers to easily manage their accounts and conduct financial transactions at any time, even on weekends. This application offers a variety of features to make banking more convenient for customers.

With the Mobile Banking Application, customers can check their account balance and view transaction history for up to 6 months. They can also transfer funds between their own accounts and to other accounts within Woori Bank. Additionally, customers can make loan repayments and top up their mobile phone balance using the app.

One of the unique features of this application is the ability to make transfers to other financial institutions that are part of the real-time FAST Payment Service of the National Bank of Cambodia and Bakong. Customers can also use the app to pay their utilities bills and apply for a Woori Bank loan instantly.

The Mobile Banking Application also offers convenient features such as the ability to register and restore access to a Bakong account, as well as make transactions through Bakong such as sending, receiving, depositing, and QR payments. Customers can also make fund transfers through the Real-Time Fund Transfer (RFT) system, including transfers to phone numbers.

The app also includes helpful tools such as a currency exchange rate calculator and a promotions section to keep customers updated on merchant and product promotions. Customers can also change the app language to Khmer and open a Fortune Deposit Account through the app.

Other features of the Mobile Banking Application include the ability to make fast and secure payments through QR codes, invite friends to use the app, and leave feedback and chat with customer service. Customers can also view their account balance on the home screen and transfer funds to other countries through the International Remittance function. With the Mobile Banking Application, customers can easily access their accounts and conduct transactions on the go.
