Ziraat Mobile

Our application, "New Ziraat Mobile," is designed to make banking transactions easier and more convenient for our customers. We have added new features and improved the user interface to provide a simple and user-friendly experience for both individual and corporate customers. The transaction screens in our application allow you to access important information and complete basic transactions such as managing your assets, accounts, cards, and upcoming instructions. You can also personalize the widgets on the homepage to suit your needs and easily access frequently used features through the Homepage Organization function. With the "Quick Transfers" feature, you can register frequent remittances and EFTs and complete them in just one step. Our custom analytics feature provides insights on your most frequently used accounts and receivers, making transactions faster and more efficient. You can also track your recent money transfers and bill/institution payments on one screen. To make transactions even easier, we have added different transaction proposal buttons for each transaction type on the result screens. You can also personalize your profile by adding a photo and make donations through the application. For our young customers aged 15-18, we have a monitoring infrastructure in place that allows them to use the application with parental authorization. Corporate customers can also manage and confirm their transactions through the Approval Management widget within their authorized limits. We are proud to introduce our Ziraat Approval technology, which sets a higher safety standard for transactions. This technology allows you to make transactions without entering a password on both our internet and mobile banking applications, ensuring a secure banking experience. Our welcome screen offers various features such as saving user information, making appointments without visiting a branch, and using QR code operations to withdraw and deposit money at ATMs without a card. You can also easily locate our branches and ATMs through the Closest Ziraat feature and access financial data and advanced calculation tools. We also have a smart watch application that allows you to make appointments, access financial data, and find the nearest branch or ATM. This feature is available on all devices with Wear OS. With our application, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient banking experience for our customers.
