In this app, users have the option to make in-app purchases to remove ads and unlock additional features. The app uses Accessibility services to help users stop apps on non-rooted devices, but it does not collect any personal information. The user interface is highly configurable, allowing users to customize it to their liking. Widgets are also highly configurable and can be resized, displaying various types of data and graphics.

Users can sort apps by CPU, memory, or network usage and can add a home-screen launcher for quick access to apps. The UI can be customized with options such as dark or light themes, button themes, and text size. Detailed information about running tasks is available, and users can pause the display if needed. System data can also be shown in widgets, and users can kill any apps or kernel processes on rooted devices.

If the device is rooted or running on Android lower than Marshmallow (6.0), the app can also view and sort by memory used and view kernel processes. A companion app is available for non-rooted users, and if the Xposed framework is installed, the app can set the Linux's niceness of any process permanently. To explore task's data directory or view task's logs, root access and additional free apps are required.

It is important to note that killing apps does not prevent them from restarting, and some apps may be immune to force-stop and will restart regardless. To prevent this, users can use the crystallize feature of 3C Toolbox Pro. In-app purchases can be made to unlock features such as removing ads, advanced UI theming options, automatic auto-kill/stop, adding shortcuts to notifications, enabling extra widgets, and configuring widget refresh rates.
