The Keyum Visible ARS application allows users to easily and quickly access the menus of Keyum Financial Center and ARS through a visual interface. This makes it more convenient for users to select the desired menu and connect to the call without having to navigate through multiple menus.
Through the "Recent Usage" feature, users can easily access their frequently used menus without having to go through the main menu. This allows for faster and more efficient use of the application.
Users can also receive detailed information about inquiries, tasks, and events through the web page. The received information is saved in the "My Received History" section, allowing users to easily review previous conversations and information without having to speak to an employee again.
Note: When using the Visible ARS service through a mobile network, additional data charges may apply. In case of poor user environment or communication status, only the voice ARS service can be used.
Important: The Visible ARS service is only available for the Keyum Financial Center's representative numbers (1544-9000, 1544-9911) and the domestic stock ARS (1544-9900).
