Our app is designed to help you make informed decisions about your everyday banking needs. It offers a variety of features to help you stay on top of your finances, no matter where you are. With just a few taps, you can securely log in using your fingerprint, manage your account, set up direct debits and standing orders, and even pay in cheques. You can also easily transfer money and make payments to both UK and international accounts, as well as have your travel money delivered to your home or local branch for free.

In addition to these convenient features, our app also allows you to set up spending alerts, check your PIN or request a new one, and easily request a new card, report lost or stolen cards, freeze them, and order replacements. You can also quickly find and view your transactions and statements, as well as update your contact details.

Our app also offers a 'Search' tool and a 'Help hub' to help you find any other information you may need. To get started, all you need is the phone number you have registered with us, a Bank of Scotland UK personal account, and your Internet Banking username, password, and memorable information.

We take the security of your money, personal information, and privacy very seriously. That's why we use the latest online security measures to protect you while using our app.

When using our app, you can rest assured that it won't affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and may include the last four digits of your account number or the last three digits of your postcode. Any text messages we send you will come from BANKOFSCOT. If you receive a message that differs from this, it could be a scam.

It's important to note that your phone's signal and functionality may affect your service, and terms and conditions do apply. Additionally, our Mobile Banking apps cannot be downloaded, installed, used, or distributed in certain countries, including North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Iran, and Cuba, due to UK, US, or EU technology export prohibitions.

Lastly, when using our app, we collect anonymous location data to help combat fraud, fix bugs, and improve our services. Our Everyday Offers feature is available to Bank of Scotland current account customers (excluding Basic Account holders) aged 18+ with a debit/credit card who bank online, and terms and conditions do apply. Please note that Fingerprint Logon requires a compatible mobile device running Android 7.0 or higher and may not work on some tablets.
