One convenient feature is the ability to mark your favorite bill payments, recharges, and transfers to other banks, making it easier to access them in the future without needing the bill or account information. You can also pay credit cards from BBVA, as well as those from other banks, and make transfers to both BBVA and other bank accounts. Additionally, you can withdraw money from ATMs without your card by generating a token from the account details, which lasts for 3 hours.

The app also allows you to view the CVV of your debit and credit cards for online purchases, as well as check for pre-approved credit options. You can also send and receive money internationally, and request additional resources for your current consumer credit, such as a credit line increase, CDT, payroll advance, and investment funds, all without having to go to a physical branch.

With the app, you can also easily manage your investment funds, cancel or create them at any time, and stay updated on promotions and your BBVA points. You can also update your email address for better communication. The app also offers increased security through the use of digital tokens and biometric identification for signing transactions. It provides detailed information on all products, including fees and charges, and offers helpful messages throughout the app to explain confusing concepts. And if you need assistance, the app will direct you to the appropriate resources, whether it be the call center or a physical branch. Plus, you can access certain features from the side menu without even logging in.
