BNI SMS Banking

BNI SMS Banking Menu is a convenient application for Smartphone users that allows them to perform various banking transactions through SMS. This means that users can easily conduct transactions such as phone reload, bill payments, credit card payments, and fund transfers to other BNI accounts or interbank transfers, all through their mobile phones. This application is available for download on the Smartphone platform.

In order to use the BNI SMS Banking Menu, users must first register for the service. This can be done either through a BNI ATM or by visiting any BNI branch. Once registered, users can access the application and start conducting transactions.

As a non-financial registered user, there are certain limitations to the transactions that can be performed. These include balance inquiries, viewing the last historical transaction, and checking bills such as credit card, telephone, and electrical bills. Additionally, users can also change their BNI SMS Banking PIN through the application.

To become a financial registered user, users must visit a BNI branch to complete the activation process. Once activated, users can perform all non-financial transactions as well as financial transactions such as fund transfers to other BNI accounts and interbank transfers, reloading prepaid Telco products, credit card payments (both BNI and non-BNI), and payments for Telkom and PLN bills. Users can also use the application to make donations for Zakat, Infaq, and Qurban, as well as pay for airplane tickets.
