DS Find

DS Find is a mobile application designed by Data Sutram to help sales officers find new business opportunities. It provides access to a vast database of over 60 million businesses, empowering sales officers to connect with potential customers. The app displays detailed information about each business, such as address, GST status, and category, allowing officers to easily call or navigate to the business. Additionally, they can efficiently manage their lead pipeline directly from the app. One of the key features of DS Find is the ability to search for all available business opportunities by entering a pin code or location name. This means that no matter where the sales officer is, they can easily explore businesses in that area. The app also allows for filtering of relevant opportunities by category, turnover, business type, or active/inactive GST status. For example, if an officer is looking for hardware stores, they can quickly identify relevant businesses using the hardware store filter. Once a promising opportunity is identified, the app allows for instant connection with the potential customer through a call or navigation to their location. The officer can then record the interaction and provide feedback on how the call or visit went. Positive responses will automatically add the opportunity to the in-progress leads section. This section also simplifies progress tracking, allowing officers to update the status of their leads and move them to the onboarded tab once a deal is closed. They can also find dormant opportunities in the To Reconnect tab in case they want to reach out to these leads again. To ensure that sales officers never forget to follow up or visit a business, DS Find allows for setting reminders as soon as a business is added to the in-progress section. This feature helps officers stay organized and on top of their leads. Additionally, the app allows for taking notes anytime, anywhere, ensuring that officers don't miss out on any important information or updates.
