The app provides you with all the details you need to stay on top of your health benefits. You can check your available balances 24/7, view charts summarizing your account(s), and see any claims that require receipts. If you need assistance, you can easily click to call or email Customer Service. You can also view your statements and notifications, as well as scan product barcodes to determine their eligibility for coverage.

For added convenience, the app offers time-saving options that are supported or applicable to your account(s). You can file a claim towards your FSA and HRA, take or upload a picture of a receipt to submit for a new or existing claim, and view, contribute, and distribute HSA transactions. You can also pay bills from any account and add a payee, manage your expenses by entering medical expense information and supporting documentation, and view and manage your HSA investments. In case you forget your login information, you can easily retrieve your username or password. And if your debit card is lost or stolen, you can report it through the app.
