If you need support, the app allows you to easily contact a Customer Relationship Representative right within the app. And for added security, you can use Fingerprint ID on a supported Android® device. The app also offers HSBC's Digital Security Device for additional protection for Online Banking.

It's important to note that this app is only available for existing customers of HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and is regulated by federal and applicable state laws and regulations. It may not be available in all countries and customers are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions. Additionally, some features, such as Global View and Global Transfers, are only available for HSBC Premier and HSBC Advance clients. Foreign currency exchange rates and local country limitations may apply. And while all HSBC accounts are viewable within Global View, not all accounts are eligible for Global Transfers.
