ING Business Pro

If you are a sole user of a company in Romania and make payments in RON or SEPA, this application is perfect for you. However, if you have more complex needs, please be patient as we work to add features that will cater to your needs and those of your company. We value your feedback and encourage you to leave it directly in the application by answering the question "How did we do today?" This feedback helps us constantly improve the application.

Currently, there are some functionalities that are not available in ING Business PRO, but are available in ING Business. These include making payments with multiple signatures, single or double signature with defined limit, payments in other currencies, foreign exchange or RON cross-border. Additionally, payments with insufficient funds are automatically rejected without the possibility of a pending signature for funds. You also cannot save payments to sign later, liquidate deposits, view payment history documents, or sign saved payments in another component of the ING Business platform.

To access the application, simply download it and enter your userID and password that you use for the ING Business platform. You will then receive codes via SMS and email to your registered data as an ING Business user. You can also set a PIN for access and signing, and activate biometric recognition as an alternative to the PIN. You can change between the two at any time. If you are a user of multiple companies, you can choose which one to activate the application for and switch between them as needed.

The application offers unlimited access to all your accounts, including current accounts, POS, savings accounts, loans, and deposits in RON or other currencies. You can also view pending payments and search or filter transactions made from a specific account. Additionally, you can access your account statements, download them, and send them to accounting. You can also send your account details to business partners and search or filter transactions in the list. For added security, you can hide your account balances and activate push notifications for entries and exits from your accounts. You can also take advantage of discounts offered by ING partners in the Products - Business Deals section.

Making payments is easy with a simple form that allows you to enter one type of information at a time. You can make unlimited payments in RON in Romania, including instant payments that comply with Transfond rules. You can also transfer between your own accounts in RON and make payments to the State Budget. If the respective bank has adhered to this service, you can see truncated data of your payment recipients. Payments in Euro within the European Economic Area are also possible. You can also schedule payments to be executed in the future, either once or on a recurring basis, with the frequency of your choice.

In the settings, you can change the application language between Romanian and English, with the default being the device language. The application also has a dark mode option if your phone has this type of theme selected. You can also use an avatar for your profile. For easier communication, the application displays device identification data and the application version. There is also a shortcut for calling customer relations and the option to send feedback at any time.
