Lenovo MyHub

Lenovo MyHub is a new and improved version of Lenovo CoChat, designed to provide employees with easy access to company news and tools on their mobile devices. It offers a variety of features to enhance productivity and connectivity within the workplace.

The Workspace page is where employees can customize their frequently used work tools, such as approval and HRKB, and access various Lenovo work apps, including IT service, HR service, and Biz apps. This allows for a more efficient and streamlined work experience.

The Today page is where employees can view and manage their emails and events, which are synchronized with their Office 365 account. It also includes two efficiency tools, To-do and Task, to help employees stay focused and productive.

The Messages & Contact page allows for instant messaging with Lenovo colleagues, as well as group chats and a search system to easily find and connect with colleagues. This promotes better communication and collaboration within the company.

The Campus page offers customized and local campus services, such as Campus Info, Space Utilization, and Lenovo News. Employees can also use MyHub to book conference rooms, with the booking system synchronized with Outlook for convenience.

The Connection page allows employees to connect with colleagues from around the world and participate in various internal activities, such as Fitness and Moments, to share daily activities with their team. It also offers features like Greeting Center, We Are Lenovo, and Video Square to encourage originality and SEO-oriented content.
