This application is designed to provide convenient and quick services for customers who have a mobile number registered with a particular account at the Bank. It offers a variety of features such as account services, ATM card management, mobile top-up/recharge, and subscription to Prime Minister Social Security Schemes. Users can also access the SBI Holiday Calendar, ATM-Branch Locator, and rate the app on PlayStore.
The account services include balance enquiry, mini statement, cheque book request, and e-Statements for education and home loan interest. Users can also manage their ATM card by blocking it, turning international/domestic usage on or off, and selecting the preferred channel for transactions. They can also generate a Green PIN for their ATM-cum-debit card.
Mobile top-up/recharge can be done for the registered mobile number by sending an activation code received on the handset. Users can also subscribe to Prime Minister Social Security Schemes through this app. The ATM-Branch Locator feature allows users to find the nearest SBI branches, ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, and Customer Service Points. They can also get directions to these locations.
There are no restrictions on the number of enquiries that can be made in a day or month. This service is currently free of charge from the Bank, but users may be charged by their service provider for SMS or IVR messages. The app also provides FAQs for common queries and clarifications.
