Strike is an application that allows users to easily buy, sell, send, and withdraw bitcoin and cash globally. It offers a simple, fast, and reliable way to manage your bitcoin stack without worrying about timing the market. Users can sign up in seconds and get started with as little as a cent.

With Strike, users can buy bitcoin hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly and send it straight to their own custody. They can also buy at the current price with just a few taps. The more bitcoin they buy or sell, the cheaper their fees will be. Strike also ensures the security of users' cash and bitcoin by holding them in a 1:1 ratio.

One of the unique features of Strike is the ability to manage on-chain fees on your own terms. Users can choose from three options for fees and speed of settlement when initiating an on-chain payment: Priority, Standard, and Flexible. Additionally, users can send bitcoin using their cash balance and receive bitcoin payments as cash in their cash balance.

Strike also allows users to easily request and deposit bitcoin from a Bitcoin address or through a Lightning request. They can receive payments either as cash or bitcoin, depending on their preference. Users can also choose to get paid in bitcoin by converting a portion or all of their paycheck into bitcoin.

Aside from buying and sending bitcoin, Strike also offers the option to buy large amounts of bitcoin with wire transfers. These transfers are unlimited, have no incoming fees from Strike, and are typically available within one business day. Users can also send money globally to mobile money or bank accounts in supported countries.

In addition to its bitcoin-related features, Strike also allows users to use their bitcoin for daily life. They can buy gift cards, pay for streaming services, and top up their phone using their bitcoin. Users can also easily pay friends, split bills, and send gifts to anyone on Strike, regardless of their location.

Lastly, Strike offers bitcoin-backed personal loans to eligible customers in select U.S. states. These loans range from $100,000 to $2,000,000 with a term of 12 months and a maximum initial loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 50%. There are no origination, early repayment, or late payment fees, but liquidation fees may apply. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 12% if users choose to make monthly payments or 12.284% if they choose to repay the entire loan at maturity. Strike loans are made by Zap Solutions Capital, Inc., an exempt subsidiary of Zap Solutions, Inc., and are subject to a loan agreement. However, the availability of this feature may vary depending on the user's location and eligibility.
