It offers extra convenience and security by allowing you to set up fingerprint and Face ID log in if your device supports it. Before you can start using the app, you must be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Internet Banking, and have a device running Android 5.0 or above. When you first use the app, you will need to enter your User ID, password, and three characters of your memorable information. Then, you will select one of your registered phone numbers to receive a call back or an SMS with a code to activate the app.
