- accept and process calls, chats and requests from the website, social networks and messengers;
- call or send messages to customers, including writing first;
- show information about the inquiry to know exactly what the customer's request is;
- transfer the dialogue to colleagues if you cannot help the customer;
- show the entire history of inquiries with this customer to be in the context of their needs;
- change your status, indicating your readiness to process inquiries;
- receive timely push notifications to not miss any inquiries.
