The upgraded Fidelity Online Banking App is a convenient and secure way to manage your finances. With this app, you can easily perform transactions and manage your bank accounts from your mobile device, giving you control over your finances anytime and anywhere. The app offers a variety of services, including the ability to transfer funds to any bank in Nigeria, view all your accounts, personalize your profile, and receive in-app messages on new features and promotions. You can also use the app to pay bills, top up your mobile phone, and even book and pay for flights.

To use the Fidelity Online Banking App, simply install it on your device and sign in with your existing credentials. If you're new to the app, you can easily register by clicking on "Sign Up Here" and following the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number, and once you've completed the registration process, you can start using the app immediately. For added security, you can also download the Fidelity Soft Token app and sign in with your online banking credentials.

For business account holders, the app can only be used by sole signatory account holders and cannot be registered with credit cards. However, Fidelity also offers an Instant Banking Service (*770#) that can be accessed from any mobile phone linked to your account, without the need for an internet connection.
