This can be done online or through the mobile app, and there is no cost for Account-to-Account transfers between Netspend Cardholders. However, if you choose to conduct a transfer through a Netspend Customer Service agent, there is a $4.95 fee for each transaction.

If you need to reload your card, the Control™ Prepaid Mastercard® makes it easy to find the nearest location. However, it's important to note that there may be a fee assessed by the reload location, and this fee may vary from location to location. This service, provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., allows you to load checks onto your card quickly and easily. The approval process usually takes 3 to 5 minutes, but can take up to an hour. Fees may apply for approved transactions, and unapproved checks will not be funded to your card. It's also important to note that your wireless carrier may charge a fee for message and data usage.
